Why We Built This Site
Kentucky gives the public access to many records under the Kentucky Open Records Act, while court files are governed by Kentucky Court of Justice rules and statutes such as KRS 26A.200. The hard part is figuring out which office holds the file you want. Circuit Court, District Court, and the Family Court division route court case access through Circuit Court Clerk Tiffany Fralick Griffith at 80 Judicial Drive, Unit 101, Benton. County Clerk Crissy Greer handles county clerk records at 1101 Main Street. The Sheriff's Office and Detention Center on Judicial Drive handle law-enforcement and custody-related channels. We pull together the contact details, search portals, fee schedules, and request steps for these offices into one place.

Only the issuing court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
